By using the QuestionWall platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, organizers, and visitors.

By continuing to use the platform, you accept any updated terms.

Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Account Security

You are responsible for your password security. You are responsible for all activities on your account.

Single Account

One person can only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.

✗ Sharing spam or inappropriate content

✗ Sharing misleading or false information

✗ Attempting to take over others' accounts

✗ Threatening platform security or attempting to hack

✗ Gaining unfair advantage using bots or automated systems

✗ Sharing content that infringes copyright

✗ Misusing the platform for commercial purposes

✗ Collecting personal information of other users

User Content

Questions and comments you submit belong to you. However, you grant us a limited license to display your content on the platform.

Platform Content

QuestionWall's design, logo, code, and all content are protected by copyright.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to report or remove content that violates these terms.

Copyright Infringement

If copyright infringement is detected, the relevant content will be immediately removed and the user account may be closed.

Processing of your personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties (except service providers).

You can keep your identity private with the anonymous participation option.

You can access your data or delete your account at any time.

Service Interruptions

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We do not accept responsibility in these cases.

Data Loss

Despite regular backups, we do not accept responsibility for data loss. We recommend exporting your important data.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services integrated on the platform.

User Content

We are not responsible for content shared by users. Content responsibility belongs to the person sharing.

The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties.

We are not responsible for damages that may arise from platform use.

Event organizers are responsible for the content of their own events.

Legal responsibility for transactions made through the platform belongs to the user.

User Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. After cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Platform Termination

We reserve the right to close your account without prior notice if you violate these terms.

Paid Services

Cancellation and refund policies for paid services that may be offered in the future will be specified separately.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

We will notify you by email of significant changes.

Your continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Jurisdiction

Istanbul courts are authorized for disputes arising from the platform.

Mediation

We will try to resolve disputes primarily through mediation.
